    Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or holidays and may, in some cases, run longer than shown. While we strive to meet these dates, ship times are approximate and subject to change.

    Product Image and Color Disclaimer:
    Due to the variance of computer monitors, and the various settings for brightness and contrast that users may adjust their monitors to, we cannot guarantee with any certainty that the color represented in a product image on your monitor is exactly as it appears in the physical world.

    Due to the variations that exist in many manufactured items, the color samples displayed on this site may differ slightly from the actual color of the product.  Colors may not be exactly the same on different items. For example, ivory on one item may not be the same shade of ivory on another item.

    Payment Options:
    We accept American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard only. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.   You may also pay by e-check, credit card or Paypal balance through Paypal.

    Shipping:
    Our standard shipping is Via UPS ground to all 50 states & PR. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, If you can only provide a PO Box or APO/FPO address as a shipping address, your order can be shipped via US Postal Service. Please Contact us if you need US Postal Service shipping.

    We normally ship within 48 hours of cleared payment, providing it is not a holiday and shipping service is open.

    Trudy's Palm Fan free shipping is via UPS ground. Other UPS services are available for quicker delivery, at your expense, and can be calculated at checkout. We cannot make any delivery guarantees for quicker shipping through UPS .

    Sales Tax:
    Trudy’s Palm Fan collects California sales tax only. The tax rate is based on the ship to address.

    Our Guarantee:
    We guarantee that your order arrives in safe, perfect condition. If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately by clicking Contact Us and we can make immediate arrangements. Please include your order number within the email.

    Return Policy:
    Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery provided the following are met:

    All returns must be pre-approved by email.  Return address will be provided at pre-approval time. You can email us by clicking Contact Us for an R/A # and return address. We?re sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on close-out or discounted items.

    Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

    Exchanges are exempt from restocking fees, however, there will be a $15/set charge for shipping, billed to the original credit card for exchanges.

    Merchandise and box must be in original condition with original packing materials. Please pack blade covers back into box as they were removed and with packing material provided (cardboard gusset, bubble wrap, etc.). If original box & packing materials are not returned, there will be an additional $25.00 charge.

    THUMBSCREWS MUST BE REMOVED FROM BLADE COVERS. Thumbscrews left in blade covers will damage the blade covers in return shipment. Please bag thumbscrews and tape to upper interior cardboard spacer as they came.

    Securely close box.

    We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. If the item is lost or damaged in transit, any claim with the carrier will be the customer's responsibility.

    All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

    Once we receive the return, verify the above conditions have been met and the item has been returned undamaged, a refund less the restocking fee will be issued.  If any of the above conditions have not been met, it will void the refund or may result in additional charges. Please allow 2 billing cycles for refund to appear on statement.

    Order Cancellation:
    To request cancellation of your order, please email us by clicking Contact Us or call (760) 837-0138. We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed. If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.

    Privacy Statement:
    Trudy’s Palm Fan does not sell, rent, trade, or barter any customer contact information.

    Security:
    This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

    Encrypted Credit Card Storage — Credit card numbers are encrypted when stored on the server. If an unauthorized person accesses the order database, the information is useless.

    Encrypted in Transit — The system takes advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security, protecting both shoppers and merchants while sensitive information is in transit over the internet.

    Trudy’s Palm Fan, in attempting to reduce fraudulent use of credit card numbers, asks for the CVV2 number on the back of credit cards. By doing this, we ensure that anyone making a purchase on our site has the credit card in his possession. This protects both our customers and us.
